The Ministry of Justice has amended the Adoption forms and some of the notes which accompany Adoption forms to reflect changes in procedure which the Family Procedure Rules 2010 will introduce on 6th April 2011.

In particular, the Statement of Truth has been amended on these forms to reflect this new requirement which the Family Procedure Rules 2010 has implemented.

A107 is a new Adoption form where a child�s parent consents to the child�s adoption by an applicant who is the spouse, civil partner or partner of the child�s parent.

Practitioners should not use these forms before 6th April.
