In accordance with changes to the Registrar�s Rules, Companies House has amended both the titles and some of the text of the forms which are listed for use from Monday 14th March.

Since there will be no transitional provisions where the current forms can be used on or after this date, Scottish practitioners are advised to file only the amended forms in applications submitted to Companies House on or after Monday 14th March.
