EFIS 12, March 2011 : Limited Liability Partnership

Companies House has amended both the titles and some of the text of these mortgage forms for use by limited liability partnerships.

Companies House will require these amended forms to be used from Monday, 14th March and Companies House has indicated that there will be no transitional arrangements for use of the old forms after 13th March.
