Pursuant to Efis No. 83/2010 in December, we can now supply you with the UK Border Agency�s amendments to TIER1 (GENERAL) and TIER1(POST_STUDY).

These latest changes stem from regulation 2(2) of the Immigration (Biometric Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 which came into force on 14th December and extended the categories of people who must apply for a biometric immigration document in accordance with the Immigration (Biometric Registration) Regulations 2008.

These forms should be used immediately

Forms affected

TIER1(GENERAL)	Application for initial grant of leave (Switching) or extension of leave and biometric reisdence permit under Tier 1 (General) Main Applicant		New/Amended
TIER1(POST_STUDY)	Application for a Grant of Leave and Biometric Residence Permit under Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) - Main Applicant		New/Amended
