You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

Pursuant to the information provided on EFIS No. 72/2010 in November about the UK Border Agency’s intention to amend its range of Immigration forms, we are now able to supply you with these forms which require fees to be paid for applications submitted on and after 22nd November in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality (Fees)(No.2) Regulations 2010.

In addition, the UK Border Agency amended EEA4 on 30th November following a request from the Parliamentary and Health Ombudsman to make section 6 of the application clearer to understand and made unrelated changes to TD112 on 16th December.

All forms should be used immediately.

On 14th December, the Immigration (Biometric Registration)(Amendment)Regulations 2010 extended the categories of people under TIER1 who require biometric documents. The UK Border Agency has updated TIER1 (General) and TIER1 (Post Graduate Study) which we will supply you with on an EFIS in January.
