On EFIS No. 58/2010 in September, we advised you that a change of fees announced by the Immigration Minister was likely to affect certain forms on 1st October and we recommended that immigration practitioners might want to check the UK Border Agency�s website for further information.

The Immigration and Nationality (Cost Recovery Fees) (No. 2) Regulations 2010 introduced amended fees on 1st October.

The UK Border Agency has amended the forms listed in respect of applications made on or after 1st October.

All forms must be used immediately.

Forms affected

EEA4	Application for permanent residence in the UK by Non-European Economic Area (non-EEA) national family members of EEA nationals residing in the UK or by non-Swiss or non-EEA national family members of Swiss nationals residing in the UK	New/Amended
TOC	Application for a Transfer of Conditions (TOC) and a Biometric Immigration Document by someone who already had Limited Leave to Enter or Remain in the UK	New/Amended
NTL	Application for a No Time Limit (NTL) Stamp by someone who already has Indefinite Leave to Enter or Remain in the UK	New/Amended
