You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

INFORMATION ONLY – NO FORMS TO IMPORT OR DELETE

The Land Registration (Proper Office) Order 2010 designates certain offices of the Land Registry for the receipt of applications under the Land Registration Act 2002.

From 1st October, the Land Registry’s offices at Portsmouth, Stevenage and Tunbridge Wells will no longer accept any applications as their functions have been transferred to other offices.

Conveyancing practitioners should check the Land Registration (Proper Office) Order 2010 for further information but the list below may help practitioners identify the new offices to which applications should be sent after 1st October which Portsmouth, Stevenage and Tunbridge Wells previously processed.

Although Portsmouth, Stevenage and Tunbridge Wells are closed for the purposes of processing new applications, they will remain open for dealing with previously submitted applications.

We will provide subscribers to this range with an amended database for the Land Registry’s forms when we supply you with any updated Conveyancing forms later this autumn.
