You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

The Ministry of Justice has amended existing Civil Procedure Forms N150 and N325 and created a new form N471A to reflect changes to the Civil Procedure Rules on 1st October.

N150 has been revised to reflect new rules concerning the disclosure of relevant information to a case which has been stored electronically.

N325 has been altered to reflect the introduction of new rules for possession claims and warrants of execution, delivery and possession.

N471A is a new form which has been drafted to enforce ACAS settlements which have not been honoured.

Practitioners should not use these three forms before the amended Civil Procedure Rules come into force on 1st October.

Finally, we have taken this opportunity to include an updated version of N292 which is not connected to October's amendments and should be used immediately.
