EFIS 59, September 2010 : Intellectual Property
You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.
The UK Intellectual Property Office recently made some minor amendments to the Patent forms listed to refer to “Information Centre” instead of “Central Enquiry Unit”.
Although the UK Intellectual Property Office will continue to accept current editions of these Patent forms, intellectual property practitioners may prefer to use the latest versions of all the amended Patent forms.
We have also taken this opportunity to enclose unrelated amendments to TM7, which the UK Intellectual Property Office updated in August and which we suggest intellectual property practitioners should use.
All forms can be used immediately.
