On 6th September, the UK Border Agency amended the forms listed. However, in accordance with paragraph 34(1) of the Immigration Rules, the UK Border Agency will continue to accept the current editions of these TIER forms until 27th September after which only the amended forms should be used.

On 9th September, the Immigration Minister announced the Government�s intention to increase the fees payable on certain applications in October and others in November.

Since the UK Border Agency may not release amended forms until the amended fees become payable on 1st October and in November, immigration practitioners may prefer to check the UK Border Agency�s website at www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk for further details on these proposals.

All forms can be used immediately.
