The Land Registry has amended LRID1 and LRID2 to reflect revised guidance on the prevention of fraudulent applications which the Land Registry will introduce on 20th September.

Conveyancing practitioners should therefore only use these latest versions of LRID1 and LRID2 from 20th September.
