The Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2010 replaces the entire schedule of court fees payable in respect of family proceedings in the courts on 1st September.

We have amended paragraph 9 of the guidance notes which accompany DIV93 to reflect changes which the 2010 Order has made to refer to Court leaflet EX50 which outlines the court fees which are payable.

Divorce Form DIV93 is unaffected so practitioners should only rely on the amended notes to complete applications made on or after 1st September.

Finally, DIV6A has received a minor field amendment and is available for your immediate use.
