On Efis No.40 (July 2010), we supplied you with a new form, CDS5A.

The Legal Services Commission has withdrawn this form which must not be used in any proceedings. It is possible that the Legal Services Commission may replace CDS5A with a different form later this year.

Legal aid practitioners are therefore requested not to use CDS5A with immediate effect.
