Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has created a new form IR185(S) which trustees may use to advise the settlor of income accruing to a trust in which the settlor retains an interest.

We also include minor amendments to forms IR185EI and IR185TI.

All forms can be used immediately.
