On 31st May, the Northern Irish office for Companies House is relocating to a new address in Belfast.

We have amended the forms listed to reflect this change of address. However, these revised forms should not be used until on or after 31st May.

The English and Welsh and Scottish addresses for Companies House remain unchanged.
