You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2010 lay down new rules for the processing of personal injury claims from £1,000 to a maximum of £10,000 and will come into force on 30th April.

N210B is used where the claimant’s solicitor issues N208 because no agreement for damages has been reached. Practice Direction 8B sets out a new simplified procedure which must be followed in this situation.

N210B should not be used before 30th April.

Finally, we have taken this opportunity to update form N123 which the Ministry of Justice has changed, and can be used immediately.
