The Patents and Patents and Trade Marks (Fees)(Amendment) Rules 2010 will come into force on 6th April.
The 2010 Rules amend the Trade Marks (Fees) Rules 2008 by prescribing payment of Ł50 when submitting TM24, TM50 or TM51 to the UK Intellectual Property Office.
These latest editions of TM24, TM50 and TM51 should therefore not be used before 6th April.
