OSTN01 and its continuation sheet, OSTN01(CONT) are new Companies House forms for transitional returns of overseas companies which have an establishment in the United Kingdom. The Companies Act 2006 requires this information to be filed by 31st March.

Following amendments which Companies House has made to LQ01, company law practitioners are invited to use this latest version of LQ01 from 29th March.

In addition, Companies House has added details of fees to be paid on SH19SR for applications submitted on or after 6th April. Any applications submitted on SH19SR before 6th April will not require payment of �10 for a standard service or �50 for same day service by Companies House.

Company law practitioners should not use this amended version of SH19SR before 6th April.
