EFIS 7, March 2010 : Immigration - Applications

The UK Border Agency amended TIER4(C) and TIER4(G) on 22nd February to require all potential students to provide a confirmation of acceptance for studies (CAS for short), issued by the student’s sponsor, who will be obliged to use the sponsorship management system to issue CAS documentation.

On 3rd March, the UK Border Agency published further amendments to the guidance issued to Tier 4 sponsors.

Both forms should be used immediately.
