Following the Chancellor of the Exchequer�s confirmation in his Pre-budget Report on 9th December of an increase in VAT from 15% to 17.5% on 1st January 2010, we have amended the fields which automatically calculate VAT on the forms listed below.

Legal aid practitioners should therefore use the latest versions of these forms for applications made on or after 1st January.
