EFIS 76, December 2009 : Court Funds Office

Court Funds Office forms CFO100, CFO102 and CFO105 have been amended to refer to ‘Accountant General of the Senior Courts’ to whom payment of a cheque should be addressed.

The Court Funds Office has altered its procedures to request a copy of the bank statement or letter from the bank confirming details for payment on a child’s majority.

This change in procedure applies to CFO205 when payment is to a personal bank account that is not on the CFO’s records.

All forms can be used immediately.
