Company law practitioners are requested to use the latest editions of CO1A and CO3C which we have amended to reflect the full wording of Schedules 1 and 2 of the Companies (Registration) Regulations 2008 which came into force on 1st October 2009.

In addition, we have also made minor field and macro amendments on the other forms listed below.
