Further to last month�s EFIS No.68, we enclose the latest edition of EC_CLAIM1(CIVIL) which the Legal Services Commission still require legal aid practitioners to use alongside the new EC_CLAIM1(IMM) and EC_CLAIM1(MH) forms. We regret that this form was not included in your original update.

We have also re-instated form CLSCLM1(P5) due to customers requests.

Finally, forms CWORK1, CLSCLAIM1 and CLSCLAIM2 have received minor textual and field amendments.

All forms can be used immediately.
