The Legal Services Commission has made various amendments to the forms listed above which will become mandatory to use on 1st November.

CDS5 has been amended to include court of appeal funding.

CWORK1 has been revised to update details concerning the client/partner certification.

LF1 and LF2 have been amended as a result of an interim review.

CLSCLAIM1, CLSCLAIM1A, CLSCLAIM2 and CLSADMIN1 have been updated to enhance clarity and ease of processing by staff at the Legal Services Commission.

EC_CLAIM1(IMM) and EC_CLAIM1(MH) are two new forms which replace EC_CLAIM1(CIVIL). Therefore EC_CLAIM1(CIVIL), CLSCM1(EXTRAPG4) and CLSCM1(P5) are made obsolete.

All the forms which are signed and dated on or after 1st November must be these new editions.
