Rule 19 of the Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No. 3) Rules 2009 amends form FL401a on 1st November.

FL401a has been revised to include a local authority as a relevant third party which can apply for a forced marriage protection order without the court’s leave under section 63C(2)(b) of the Family Law Act 1996.
