You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

The UK Border Agency has amended the FLR(BID), FLR(BUS), FLR(M), ICFN(RC), SET(BUS) and TOC forms to bring them into line with new procedures which the UK Border Agency introduced under the Immigration Rules on 1st October.

In addition, the UK Border Agency has also amended the TIER1 (General), TIER1 (Post Graduate Study), TIER4 (General) and TIER4 (Child Student) Forms to accommodate further alterations to the points based system on 5th October.

We will publish the revised editions of these four TIER forms towards the end of this month.

Immigration practitioners should note that paragraph 341 of the Immigration Rules permits the current versions of these forms to be used for a period up to 21 days after the new forms have been introduced.

All forms can be used immediately.
