The Trade Marks Directorate of the Intellectual Property Office has made a number of changes to the method it applies to applications as from 1st October.

In particular, the Trade Marks Directorate has amended the fees set out on TM3, TM9 and TM12.

In addition, the Intellectual Property Office has also amended Patents Forms PF9A and PF10 which are also supplied with this update.

All forms should be used immediately.

PF10	Request for a Substantive Examination	New/Amended
