Due to problems with case management automation and the pre-print Terms and Conditions dialog on the listed forms, we have added an extra field (label: STOP_PRINT_WARNING) to the bottom of page 1. Customers can prefill a space character into this field to suppress the pre-print dialog.

Non case management practitioners are still advised to import these latest versions, simply to keep their form libraries fully up to date.
