The Ministry of Justice has amended EX160 and its accompanying notes EX160(N) to reflect an increase in eligibility for the gross annual income of applicants who seek a remission in court fees which the Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2009 and Non-Contentious Probate Fees (Amendment) Order 2009 will introduce on 13th July.

Customers are requested not to use the amended version of EX160 or EX160(N) before 13th July.

In addition, the Ministry of Justice has made minor amendments to N322A, N322B and N337 which civil practitioners can use immediately.
