The Ministry of Justice has advised us of amendments to the notes N208c which accompany N208.

The Ministry of Justice has amended the section of N208c Notes which tell the defendant how long he or she has to respond to service of N208 upon him or her. No changes have been made to the Civil Procedure Form N208.

This form can be used immediately.
