On EFIS No. 32 in May, we supplied you with these two new forms which the Legal Services Commission introduced to replace the old CLSCLAIM4 and CLSCLAIM4A.

The Legal Services Commission has advised us of changes which they wish to make to CLSPOA1(GUIDE) and to the CLSPOA1 as a result of an error which the Legal Services Commission made in drafting both forms.

Both forms must be used immediately.

CLSPOA1(GUIDE) CLS POA1 Claim for Payments on Account - Guidance for Providers New/Amended
