The UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) has amended TM8(N), TM9C, TM9E, TM9T, TM27, TM53 and TM55 to comply with new rules which came into force on 6th April.

In future, parties appearing in contested proceedings before the Registrar�s Trade Mark Tribunal may provide an address for the service of documents from any location within the European Economic Area (EEA) or the Channel Islands.

All forms should be used immediately.

TM27	Application to intervene in proceedings for the (a) invalidation, revocation or rectification of a UK registration, or (b) invalidation or revocation of a protected international trade mark (UK)	New/Amended
TM9C	Request for a cooling off period	New/Amended
TM9T	Request to terminate a cooling off period	New/Amended
TM53	Request to proceed to evidence rounds	New/Amended
TM55	Notice of appeal to the Appointed Person	New/Amended
TM9E	Request for an extension to the cooling off period	New/Amended
TM8(N)	Notice of defence and counterstatement for use in revocation on the grounds of non-use.	New/Amended
