On 26th May, the Scottish branch of Companies House is moving from 37 Castle Terrace to the Fourth Floor, Edinburgh Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 9FF.

These forms have been amended to refer to 139 Fountainbridge only, due to a lack of space at the bottom of each form.

Please note that Companies House will continue to accept the existing forms.

However, since Companies House cannot guarantee that all post will be redirected from the old address to the new address, we recommend that Scottish practitioners submit their completed applications on the amended forms.

All forms can be used immediately.
