The Ministry of Justice has amended N225 and changed the title of N322A to reflect new rules which came into force on 6th April.

N322A should be used to apply for an order to enforce a judicial decision or a conditional ACAS adjudication which requires prior permission to proceed with this application for enforcement.

By contrast, N322B is a new form which can be used to apply for enforcement of a judicial decision or an ACAS settlement which does not require any prior permission to proceed.

All forms can be used immediately.
