The Legal Services Commission recently amended forms A, B, C, D and E for the 2008/2009 edition of the Tailored Fixed Fee application pack of forms.

Legal aid practitioners are advised to use this latest version of TFF, which applies to claims made between 31st March 2008 and 1st April 2009.

Macro amendments have been made to forms CLSCM1(EXTRAPG4), CLSCLAIM1A and EC_CLAIM1(CIVIL).

All forms should be used immediately.
