EFIS 18, April 2009 : Intellectual Property

On 1st April, the Assistant Comptroller and Director of Patents at the UK Intellectual Property Office issued directions under section 123(2A) of the Patents Act 1977 which came into force on 6th April

These Directions amend this form and clarify that an extended time period should be requested in Part 5 of PF52.

This form should be used immediately.
