EFIS 9, March 2009 : Court Funds Office

Following a series of trials in different courts in 2008, the Court Funds Office has revised CFO320 and has also amended CFO212.

The amended editions of CFO212 and CFO320 should be used from 1st March when the amount for investment will increase from �5,000 to �10,000.

Because the Court Funds Office distributes CFO320 in advance of a settlement hearing, they will accept the current edition of CFO320 until 1st June 2009 and the Court Funds Office will accept the existing version of CFO212 until it has been updated on the courts� computer system.

Both forms can be used immediately.
