The Home Information Pack (Amendment)(No.3) Regulations 2008 will come into force on 6th April 2009.

The Law Society is currently reviewing its suite of TransAction forms TA1-TA15 which will result in amendments to several TA forms.

Meanwhile, the Law Society has asked us to stop publishing TA3 and TA14 so we advise practitioners to delete TA3 and TA14 from your range of Conveyancing Law Society forms.

We will provide you with a complete list of the Law Society�s new and amended TA forms when the Law Society has provided us with all the relevant information.

If you are not using Active Library, you will need to manually delete some forms. For deletion instructions, click here
