EFIS 72, December 2008 : Immigration - Applications
You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.
The UK Border Agency has amended the above forms to reflect the introduction of new rules for biometric testing and further amendments to the new points-based system for immigration which came into force on 27th November.
Practitioners should note that the UK Border Agency operates a 21 day transitional period during which current editions of the AN, BUS, COA, FLR(IED), FLR(M), FLR(O), FLR(S), NTL_TOC, SET(DV), SET(F), SET(M) and SET(O) forms will still be processed.
ICFN(RC) is a new form where a foreign student’s identity card has been lost, damaged or destroyed and he or she is applying for a replacement.
Guidance notes have now been replaced with a direct link on each form to the UK Border Agency’s website. We therefore advise practitioners to delete notes SET(DV)NOTES and SET(F)NOTES from your system(s).
All forms can be used immediately.
If you are not using Active Library, you will need to manually delete some forms. For deletion instructions, click here
