The Law Society has amended these two forms to reflect changes in practice and procedure.

Practitioners should not use the current versions of ML2 and ML3 after 31st December 2008.

These latest versions of ML2 and ML3 should only be used from 1st January 2009.

ML3	Report form		New/Amended
