Following the Chancellor of the Exchequer’s announcement in his Pre-budget Report on 4th November of a reduction in VAT from 17.5% to 15% from 1st December, we have amended the fields which automatically calculate VAT on the forms listed.

Legal aid practitioners should therefore use the latest versions of these forms for applications made on or after 1st December.

Whilst writing could you please delete CRIMAPP7 and CWAPP as these forms are now obsolete.

If you are not using Active Library, you will need to manually delete some forms. For deletion instructions, click here
