The Commonhold (Land Registration) (Amendment) Rules 2008 represcribe LRCM1, LRCM2 and LRCM4 for evidence in support of certain applications to be provided in the form of a statement of truth rather than by a statutory declaration.

The 2008 Rules amend the Commonhold (Land Registration) Rules 2004 and will come into force on 10th November.
