The Ministry of Justice has made a number of minor amendments to the notes N1(c) which accompany the N1 Claim Form, N8B notes which accompany N8 and also to N9, N213 and N215 to accommodate the latest amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules which came into force on 1st October.

N510 is a new form for service outside the United Kingdom. The Ministry of Justice has also drafted a new set of notes to accompany this form, N1D, which explain how a defendant should respond to N510.

All forms should be used immediately.
