The Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 represcribe CO363A for use from 1st October 2008.

Companies Form CO363a, the Continuation Sheet, Schedule A and new Schedule B reflect amendments to the type of shareholder information provided which in turn depends on whether or not any of the company’s shares were admitted for trading on a regulated market.

Further detailed information can be found in the Companies Act 1985 (Annual Return) Regulations 2008.

The current editions of CO363A, CO363A_B and CO363ASC can be submitted to Companies House for annual returns made before 1st October.

Practitioners should only use the amended forms for annual returns submitted on or after 1st October.
