We have amended page two of this form after the Government announced amendments in this year’s Budget to simplify the tax system when a new paragraph was inserted into Schedule 13 of the Finance Act 1999.
Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs has replaced all the existing categories of share transactions with a new certificate where the value of any share transactions does not exceed Ł1,000.
This form can be used immediately.
