The Border and Immigration Agency has changed its name to the UK Border Agency which has resulted in a number of amendments to the Immigration forms listed below.

The existing FLR(FT:WISS) and FLR(IGS) forms have been replaced by the new TIER1(POST-STUDY) form and forms FLR(HSMP) and HSMP1 have been replaced by forms TIER1(GENERAL) and FLR TIER1(HSMP).

Practitioners are advised that the notes which accompany the BUS, FLR(FT:WISS), FLR(IGS), FLR(M), FLR(O), FLR(S), SET(M) and SET(O) forms have all been deleted and therefore need to be removed from your system(s).

In future, when practitioners open the amended versions of the forms listed above, an automatic link will direct them to the UK Border Agency�s website for the latest versions of the notes.

All forms must be used immediately.

If you are not using Active Library, you will need to manually delete some forms. For deletion instructions, click here
