On EFIS No. 26 in May, we supplied you with an amended version of this form following changes introduced by the Companies Act 2006 on 6th April 2008.

Companies form CO33 has been corrected to refer to sections under the Companies Act 1985 which apply to financial years ending before 6th April 2008.

Practitioners must use this amended version of CO33 in preference to the version supplied on EFIS No. 26.
