The Ministry of Justice has streamlined the content and layout of N244 to enhance its usability by practitioners and the lay public.

The Ministry of Justice has also drafted a set of guidance notes for applicants to refer to prior to the completion of N244.

Subscribers to this range are reminded that N244(4pg is a four page version of the two page official form which has been increased in size to obviate the occasional need for civil practitioners to attach continuation sheets to their main application.

The current versions of N244 should no longer be submitted to your local court after 2nd July. However, customers may prefer to use the amended forms.
