The Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2008 and the Family Proceedings Fees Order 2008 will increase the fees payable in the County Court and High Court on 1st May by revoking and consolidating the Family Proceedings Fees Order 2004.

Schedule 2 of the Family Proceedings Fees Order 2008 sets out the criteria for the full and partial remission of court fees.

The Ministry of Justice has amended EX160(N) to reflect these latest changes.

These notes should not be used before 1st May.
