EFIS 14, April 2008 : Court of Protection

Due to requests by customers, form OPG102 has been added to the Court of Protection Range. The purpose of the Deputyship Report form is to provide the Public Guardian and if necessary the Court of Protection with information about the decisions made by a Deputy over the past year in respect of the care, services, financial resources and expenditure for the client of the Public Guardian.

Please also find available form COP31 which has received a minor amendment.

Both forms can be used immediately.
